Tommy Carr

Thomas E. (Tommy) Carr, 62, of Roanoke, Va., passed away Thursday, January 7, 2010.
He was the son of the late Worth and Mildred Carr and brother of the late Lawrence Carr.
Tommy is survived by his "one love" and wife of 40 years, Pat Carr. He is also survived by father-in-law, Ed Taylor; brothers-in-law,
Tommy Taylor and wife, Vicki, George Taylor, and Carl Owens and wife, Vera; sisters-in-law, Jessie Owens, Marjorie Owens and
Maris Taylor; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Tommy was employed by GJ Hopkins.
He especially loved training and competing with his prized PBGV dogs, Matisse, Noodles, Odee, Painter, Quinn, and Rikki.
Another loved hobby was plastic modeling with the RVIPMS. Many may remember Tommy from his involvement with scholastic
wrestling over the last 50 years.
